Teen Therapy

Support for adolescents navigating a lot at once

Teenagers are often managing pressure from school, friendships, family expectations, and identity development — all at the same time.

Sometimes it shows up as withdrawal.
Sometimes irritability.
Sometimes silence.

Therapy gives teens a space that is neither school nor home — where they can talk without feeling corrected, judged, or rushed.

Therapy may help when your teen:

  • shuts down or avoids talking
  • struggles with confidence
  • worries excessively
  • has friendship conflict
  • feels overwhelmed academically
  • experiences mood changes or emotional outbursts

I work collaboratively with both teens and parents while protecting the teen’s need for privacy and trust.
